For roles like your planner, photographer, or videographer, remember they will be with you for most of the day, often more than your guests. It matters that you genuinely vibe together
Are their reviews and past client experiences consistent, not just polished
Do they have enough experience for a wedding like yours, in style, size, and scale
Is their pricing reflective of real expertise, not just the lowest number you found
